One of the more notable changes in iOS 11 is the redesigned Control Center. Along with a new look, the important feature can now be customized with specific controls you use the most often. Here’s a quick how-to to make the most of the iOS 11 Control Center. On either an iPhone or iPad using iOS 11, you can swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen to view Control Center. With an iPad, double-clicking the Home Button will also bring up the Control Center. Weathered interior design created by Sebastian Cox and Ninela Ivanova using mushroom mycelium. British furniture designer Sebastian Cox has teamed up with researcher Ninela Ivanova to investigate the potential of mushroom mycelium in contemporary interior design. Sebastian Cox wanted to use this fungal material to create a series of everyday products. Their series ‘Mycelium + Timber’ includes a range of stools and lights. Each element offers a suede-like texture. The series is presented at Somerset House this week, as part of the London Design Festival exhibition Design Frontiers. Netflix Update Brings HDR Content for the 2017 iPad Pro Line, iPhone X, iPhone 8

A new Netflix update has just brought HDR video content for anyone with a 2017 iPad Pro. You’ll also be able to view HDR content on the upcoming iPhone X and the iPhone 8/iPhone 8 Plus. The best way to see what HDR content is available on a 10.5-inch or 12.9-inch iPad Pro is to search for “HDR.” Currently, it looks like only Netflix original series and movies are available in HDR. As the name suggests, HDR produces a wider range of colors. Netflix is a universal app for the iPhone, all iPad models, and the Apple TV and Apple TV 4K.
